West Des Moines, Iowa is a suburb of the capital city, Des Moines.

 It is located in three counties Polk , Dallas, and Warren,

and is about 28 sq. miles in size.   It is a thriving community with lots of business growth and plenty to do on weekends and evenings.

It boast the new Jordan Creek Shopping district, as well as a new Wells Fargo Campus, and some of central Iowa´s best restaurants.

   Historic Valley Junction is the old West Des Moines and is a great place to seek out those hard to find antiques and decorative items.

  It also has a wonderful farmers market each week during the summer months.

West Des Moines is one of Iowa´s fastest growing communities
